Well, have to eat my words, sorta. Customer service of PCB called me Monday and said they would give me the same deal on trading my X800s, that I had made last year for the units that didn't go in production, for the Einsteins. Well, I thought about it and OKed it on Tuesday and got them Friday along with the Cyber Commander and recievers. Been playing with them and it sure is fun.

So now I can control all lights from the camera plus I'm teathered to my computer with Camera Control Pro 2.

"Well... how do they look? I assume you've got them by now? I'm dying to know."

Thanks!

They are fun!!!! Got the CC because they traded my X800's straight across, cann't believe it. Workin straight from the camera it's a joy. I shoot art work and have my D300 teathered to my computer so I really don't touch the camera or lights any more and I get WYSIWYG.....The CC is a lightmeter also and I've checked it with my S358 and is right on...I can select what light I have and meter it and then the CC will show the exact f/stop I'm shooting at...too sweet. I haven't shot them on large subjects but 640ws instead of 330ws with the X800's I see no problem....like I said they're fun!!! Still hold to light is light is light.
