DIY Elinchrom RX battery power pack... - 04-06-2011, 10:01 PM


I rigged up my own dc power supply for my RX 600/1200 which I use often.
I used a 24v setup and am able to fire the 1200 at about 2 sec or less recycle time and both at about 3.5. Have not tested yet for more than 75 flashes on the combo setup. But it works great, has extremely stable output, compact and saves a lot of money. PM me if interested to know more

Rhoffart, I had earlier tried your 12v setup earlier but my recycle times with two el's were just not workable.
