IIRC Novatron used to be in Dallas, but they were bought out by Omega Satter and relocated to Maryland or something, including their repair facilities. Shipping a Novatron pack (unless you can fit it into a flat rate box) would be prohibitive.

The other option is one of a number of repair shops (search in the forum, it's come up before) but I'm not sure of one that looks at strobe - most I know only do camera. Novatrons, while I love (and own) them, have always seemed a bit on the archaic side of things compared to the newer packs. I'm still afraid to plug a head in before unplugging the pack and discharging the capacitors!

Photronics Corp. off of Hempstead Road (290/Mangum Area)
10606 Hempstead Rd. Suite #134
Houston, TX. 77092
713.686.5051

It's a Husband/Wife company (Margie & David)
Margie organizes everything and David is a Certified Repair Tech. (Speedo - Dynalights - Novatron - Photogenics - etc.....)
I've been using them for 20 years. Average cost is about $100. In fact I've never paid more than $100 until a couple of months ago. And that was a FULLY BLOWN Speedo Pack whereby he had to replace 2 capacitors and clean out the damage, and that only ran me like $120. Repairs generally take about 3-5 Business Days.
