Except that Chris said he's looking for his film camera since the internal meter doesn't work.

Sorry, I don't use one (I'm not using my film camera anymore, and I'm pretty sure my meter is shot too), so no advice to give. Interested in the responses though. :)

I winged it with the LCD for a year, but when I got back to my iMac, everything was over or underexposed, especially when using off-camera speedlights. It's nice to know my portraits are dead-on when I download them.

Mine have been pretty dead on SOOC:



That's straight out of the camera. No adjustments of any kind.

Beautiful portrait. Your eyes are much better than mine when looking at that LCD. Great shot.

Maybe my LCD is just more accurate. I would bet there is fairly significant variation.

I also use the same lights over and over again, so same light/same power/same distance=same exposure.
