I've gotta assume it is a pass... but it is cheap enough that it might be interesting to try it out. I have no real opinion yet. I would love to hear a first hand report though.

Moved this thread from Mobile Mayhem as that section is for posting of images from mobile devices. This is more of a discussion of a lightmeter app for android devices as it's an equipment type question.

Just tested the iPhone meter. Very accurate.

I'd love to try this out... Hell, I'd love to use the camera on my Evo.. But I can't.. Some issue with the camera. Everything has a red/pink cast. Oh well.

Removing the battery helped to rid mine of that problem. Also a swift smack on the side helped once too. You may want to check that you have the latest firmware. An update should fix your problems.

Updates, resets, repairs, reboots, battery removals.. All goes back to the same. The only way I'm going to fix it if the phone gets "broken" and I pay for a replacement. When I took it in for repair, it worked for a few days then back to color cast, of course, after I took it in last time, my flash didn't work any longer.

Tried this one. Didn't like it plus it phones home and displays ads which eat up data..
