Hi and I hope someone can assist me. I have an old quantum battery pack and the self locking module I bought on line will not fire my 5600 vivitar flash. Is anyone familiar with the flash modules for the battery pack. I am not. Thanks if you can enlighten me. Diane |

Need more info like kind of battery pack and flash cord your using. I believe the module your using needs batterys in it. dont use the rechargeable ones but thats only a guess. Steve |

Hi Diane , is the module you purchased spicifically for the 5600 vivitar? quantum has many difernt cords for differnt strobes, I am asuming that is is the right shape and voltage and that your battery is showing a charge with the indicater lights? regards Dirk |
