I'm pretty sure it's not ambient lighting, what type of modifier? What do you guys think?

I can see a catchlight in 99.9% of them, then again I might be wrong.

Natural ambient lighting and a white reflector or two.

Could be both, but I'm inclined to say it's probably a big ass reflector.

Big reflector is obvious in this one:

Pretty day.. probably slightly overcast... there are a couple that look like maybe some on axis fill from either a ring light or an on camera flash - turned way down if it is.
