Ok this is a test I did about 2 years ago...finally got around to playing with the images...thought some of you might be interested in the results...I hope this can help someone else out too...
TEST: See how light from above falls on a subject at different posses... Ceiling is 12foot with Can-Lights every 4 feet...I isolated on a single Can-Light in the center...unscrewed the rest of them...so that the light would not bleed onto the subject...the room was lit with other lights...but not enough to affect what I was doing...
Camera: a900 w/50 Minolta 1.4 (that CJ now owns...

Settings: ISO 250...f5...1/200
First 2 images have not been played with that much really just a couple of levels and that's it...pretty much what was shot from the camera...the next 3 images were touched up a little more...nothing more than levels...and brightness/contrast...
