Heat index 105 today. That's too hot.

Here's one I shot before the heat sent me running for my recliner.

Kind of morbid, but the cycle of life continues on. Couple of ants making a meal of a hover-fly.

Canon XSi, Canon 100mm Macro, 65mm extension, Canon MT-24EX flash, tripod.

Yes, that is part of the life cycle in nature. Nice shot though Tom. Hot here as well.

Light looks pretty darn good, Tom. Hot in College Station too. I'd give anything for a good soaking rain.

I'm really starting to like the light set-up and getting much more comfortable adjusting the settings to meet the conditions. Oh and we really need rain here too.
