Well, one of them is at any rate. And, it's not the first one.

#1 Semi-handsome greenbottle fly having a clean

#2 This is the very photogenic IMHO Orthonevra nitida hoverfly

Then on some greenery not far away, I was somewhat saddened to find one not doing well.

These photos are great!!1 It is funny how we somehow get attatched, or feel bad about the subjects we photograph. I know I feel that way about my 2 wasp nests. I am painting my house, and I am painting around them so I can watch them as they go through the summer.

Once again WOW!! I was blown away by the first shot, but then I scrolled down to the hoverfly shots. Amazing detail, colors & lighting. Very well done Kenny.
