The center of a poinsettia plant has some interesting & complicated looking flowers when you get in close to them.

30D, Sigma 105mm, tripod, cable release, natural light, ISO 100, f11, 1.0 sec.

Thanks John. Shooting this plant has been a pain, I still can't get an image of the full plant that I am happy with even after taking it outside this morning for some early morning light.

Thanks Jim. I had never looked this close either, but when I did I thought it was pretty interesting. Not sure of any other kind of flower that have this kind of structure.
