This little dragonfly (about 2 inches long - nose to tail) was very cooperative and allowed me to get as close as I wanted, and stayed around until I was done shooting.

Nice series, but #3 is awesome! Love the detail of the head, but the background of the wing details makes it!

Yep, number three for me. Looks like it's smiling for ya; these things are hams. Looks like tricky feet placement for it to in that mine field of thorns. : )
