This is single shot with my ol' Nikkor AF 105 from a tripod as low as it would go...no wind. It was in a bad spot as far as back ground but I tried to get at least a couple of shots...

The background is good, I think. It adds texture and interest in the droplets. Looks like he's all decked out for Mardi Gras.
