Aggie Gardens part II - 11-19-2008, 09:17 AM

Went back to Aggie Gardens this morning with 56mm of tubes to get some closeups of yesterday's denizens. Managed these few.

#1 Zelus longpipes and coterie

#2 Leptoglossus oppositus #1

#3 Leptoglossus #2

Thanks for looking, comments always welcomed. Hope to have a wider variety Friday...got a trip to Mercer Gardens planned.

Kenny

Another fine series Kenny! I went to BBSP late yesterday morning and didn't even turn my camera on...the wind and sun got to my area before I did. I got a spot over by Elm Lake I'm going to try in the morning... if I can get my lazy self going earlier.

Thanks again, Jim. I envy you your relative proximity to that place....I'm planning a Friday morning trip down to Mercer Arboretum and Gardens. The east side gardens just reopened this past Monday. Can't wait to see how they fared with Ike....hope not too much damage.
