Totally understandable. I still have the original sales receipt so I will call Patton's Jewelry (in La) tomorrow and see if they can send me paperwork. Not sure how long they keep their records for that though since it was purchased in Feb 2004.

Terry,

When I called them they said they do their own in house certifying. They sent me an appraisal (I attached a pic of the paperwork on the initial post).
