Don't knock the single girl with modest income, I'm just tired of apartment living. Lots of houses have been on the market a long time and people want to sell, not too bad of stuff in my price range.

Congrats on the sale. You might do better unloading stuff if you made a separate post under buy and sell and listed all you have and the prices you want for them.
