FS: New R/C airplane F4U Coursair $60 - 04-14-2011, 02:40 PM

In the spirit of my spring cleaning (getting rid of things before our move), I am going to part with the r/c plane that I never got around to flying... a model of a WWII F4U Coursair. The great Chinese spelling masters accidentally put cousair on the box...

I got this for father's day a couple years ago and always wanted to get into r/c flying, since I've been enjoying r/c cars so much. This is one of my favorite airplanes, and this model was ready to fly - no difficult building, gluing, etc... However, I never found the time to take it out to an open field, so it just sat in the closet... brand new and untouched. It's time to let it go. It was $100 new, so the first $60 cash in hand can take it home. Contact me at janikphoto (at) yahoo.com if you want it.

Is it ARF or RTF?

Got a list of contents?

It is supposed to be rtf, but I don't see batteries pictured on the side of the box. Supposedly, you just clip a few pieces together and you are ready.

Yeah, I didn't want to mess with an arf as my first plane, and that's why I liked this one. Less work to get it up in the air! Of course, I never did find the time to get it in the air...
