WTB 12 Gauge Shotgun - 05-26-2011, 10:24 AM

Item is: WTB:
Make: Any
Model: 12 Gauge
Price: Any
Location: Houston
State: TX

So I'm in the market for a new/used shotgun. I'm looking something I can go out and shoot clays with. A Beretta 590/591 would be nice. But I am open to any offers. If anyone knows or has seen a good deal on one new or used please let me know. If possible S or SE side of Houston. I have a newborn and its a little hard to get out.

Thanks

I once scored a used/like new Remington 1100 autoloader in 12 gauge at a garage sale along with a Stackon sheet metal gun safe for $100 total. Gotta love a good Texas garage sale. :D

best of luck.

I picked up a Mossberg 500 with 18/28 barrel and a MN M44 for $200 last year at a garage sale.

i shot a friend's remington 11-87 sportsman autoloader (based on the 1100) this last weekend and am in love. they retail around $6-800 depending on which flavor you get, but they can also be had for $3-500 on the used markets.

it's not the lightest gun out there, but it was very manageable ..and very little recoil. just a nice solid gun... in fact, im trying to coax him into selling it to me. :)
