Size? miles on the hubs and BB? frame material? is the seat post or bars CF?

I've updated the post with more information.

The bike has approximately 300 miles on it. The frame material is aluminum. The seatpost and bars are not carbon fiber.

Way too small for me, but nice components. It will make a nice bike for someone.
