SOLD: TREK 6700 Mountain Bike with extras - $925 (Houston Only) - 02-05-2009, 12:49 PM

Need to sell this bike ASAP for beer money.

I bought this Trek 6700 from Bike Barn in Houston about a year ago for $1349. If you look at the odometer it has been ridden only 48 miles. It looks pretty much new. It has a very nice Rock Shox Recon SL front fork with lockout, Avid Juicy Three Hydraulic Disc brakes, Sram X-9 Rear derailleur, Sram X-7 Shifters, Shimano Deore front deraileur, Shimano Clipless pedals...21" frame.... Very light bike.

I am including the following items that I have added:

2 Cateye LED headlights (very bright XENON-like) Paid $80
1 Cateye Rear Light (paid $15)
1 Selle Royal Ergogel Men's seat - (Amazingly comfortable) Paid $53
Twenty6 Custom red anodized Dualie Brake levers (Paid $70)
R2Magnesium Grips/bar ends (best grip I have found) Paid $50
Extra set of shimano 1/2 platform, 1/2 spd clipless pedals Paid $75
Trek Wireless Computer Paid $80
Slime innertubes

Over $1800 total invested, will sell for $925 Prefer local houston deal, possibly willing to trade for camera gear or lighting....

I also have: Saris Bones 2 bike car rack (used once for transport) - $75
Specialized Decibel Helmet (size Xlarge) new in box $100
Specialized Mountain bike shoes - (Size 14) worn three times $50

very nice bike. It is a good set up.. It is just way to large for me

That seat angle could not have possibly been comfortable could it?

Thanks everyone, it is an awesome bike. rides beautifully, I am just too lazy to ride it. and like I said I would rather have lenses or beer instead.

I think that may just be lens distortion making the seat appear out of whack. I shot it pretty close at 24mm (my patio is pretty small)

I'm not tall enough for the bike, either. My main ride is an old GT (no suspension) mountain bike I put road slicks on. With the rear rack, it's a good way to pick up a six pack at the corner store.
