Pixtus - Photography Forum, Photographers, Photo Tips

Please excuse the off topic question, but I'd like to ask for your advice in starting a forum with a similar layout as TPF. I want to set it up for my town. Having lived I'm the Houston area, everything was online. Here in Lake Jackson, the web is less utilized. I want to help fix that. The forum would be for community news and small business reviews, etc. Would you please consider taking 10 minutes to talk with me, or send me a message re: your thoughts and resources? I'd truly appreciate it.
