About Me

The best thing in my life is the love of my life, Eddie! We were married in August of 2000. He is unfortunately camera shy and I try my hardest to respect that ;o)

I own two beautiful horses, one miniature horse, four Labrador Retrievers and one Lab/Border Collie mix and love taking pictures of them. Besides animal and pet photography, I enjoy wildlife/nature photography and capturing scenes of the country and country living. I travel to various destinations around the state of Texas to capture the images this BIG state has to offer.

Favorite Aspect of Photography

My love for photography started in April of 2006 when I got a Canon Powershot G5. I started noticing all the little details about everything that I'd never noticed before. That's what I love about photography. It opens you up to a whole new world that you didn't realize was there before. I also have joined groups in a few websites (like this one) and have met so many different and wonderful people. I have learned so much about photography and the different computer programs that go with it. I enjoy learning and that is another wonderful aspect that goes along with it.
