    Hey Tim, I would consider renting a Canon 70-200 2.8L or a 24-70L. Depending on your location, if you have really low light, and can't use your flash, you will want a lens thats 2.8. With the lenses you have, you will have to use a tripod (some folks do and some dont, this is a personal prefrence) and bump your ISO way up. On the 40D it can get pretty noisy at the high ISO.

    i only have two lenes atm and there are Canon 75-300mm 1:4-5.6 and Canon 28-135mm 1:3.5-5.6 is
