- How did it all happen.? One day I am encouraging my girlfriend to take up photography as a hobby to give her an artistic outlet. The next thing I know it I am married to her and she has a full fledged photography business for which I am the built in assistant. Must have something to do with the fact that she doesn't have to pay me. I use to watch sports on the weekend, but now I photograph weddings. I did a little photography during my high school and college years as part of my yearbook editor responsibilities, but I must admit I left most of it to the dedicated photo guys. I guess the table have now turned.
I learn most of my tricks (what few I actually have learned) from my wonderful wife who has turned out to be a really great photographer. I just try to keep a few steps behind her.
