to set your aviator, look at the top under the TPF logo; click "User CP" then on the left side under setting edit your "aviator setting" and upload your own aviator and you will be set.
To create a thread, go to Forum on top and Select a Catagory Forum to post in and click on a buttom that says "NEW THREAD" and create your own.

It was awesome to meet you Sunday. Thanks for coming out. I hope it was everything you wanted. Most of these workshop Photo shoot are more relaxed and fun; Everyone loved seeing you jump in and work. You go girl. I look forward to seeing your work. Have you found the link on OTS?
