- My favorite aspect of photography is using the macro and telephoto views camera lenses give us to get a better idea of the beauty that's all around us, whether it's a few feet away too far away for us to discern from a distance.

- I'm currently shooting with a Canon 50D and a 70-300 mm 1:4-5.6 IS USM lens. I rarely change lenses, since this one lets me shoot dragonflies and other insects up close, as well as little blue herons hunting at a distance.
That's pretty much it for right now.
