- Is "photocop" a word? Though a relative beginner with a DSLR, I am trying to be a better portrait photographer. My "clients" are mostly crime victims, and my images must as good as possible in-camera, as I must upload JPEGs that are as clear and sharp as possible, to be used as evidence in court. I must work on my charm skills, because many crime victims are very camera-shy, and I must be able to work fast, sometimes having to capture images of injuries before the bandages cover my subject, or before the red marks of choking subside. I reckon this is a blending portrait and macro, with a bit of decisive-moment street aspect to spice it up.
