This is not a good way to get messages to members. I suggest you use PM instead. But, ,, your lens will be fine at the rodeo. the bulls all come out from one end of the arena, so locate yourself so you can see the chutes.
The lighting is not the greatest, so be prepared to use high ISO. I'd suggest a monopod for stabilization.

I was thinking of going to the rodeo on Tuesday to see the bulls. Since I have never been before, do you have a suggestion for good sections to sit in for the bulls? I will be using a 80-200 f2.8 lens if that is allowed in the arena. Scott
