About Me
Educationally speaking, I'm 1 class away from my Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice.Phi Theta Kappa and National Dean's List (awarded 2005 & 2006, respectively).I just got my Master Peace Officer License April 2009 (T.C.L.E.O.S.E.).
Background includes narcotics investigator, patrol, jail, dispatch (when I was pregnant), school resource officer and investigations of sexual assaults and child-related crimes.
I've been modeling for the last 8 years and got our girls into it shortly thereafter. We're listed with a professional agency & do it as a "hobby" of sorts. Pageants, print ads, commercials, calendars, etc etc etc.
I decided a while back to try the OTHER side of the camera. OH ok....so I'm a camera-mom, but I noticed I love taking pics of landscape, cars & bikes and such, as WELL. My fave is country-side. But then I was raised on a farm and now we have a small ranch by the grace of God, nothing more, nothing less.
I'm into genealogy and am proud of our Native American heritage. (As well as Scot/Irish/Welsh, of course!)We love riding our horses on our little ranch or wherever they lead :)
Favorite Aspect of Photography
I love the art of photography. I like to try to capture what I see, how I see it, how I interpret it.
In March of 2008, I'd posted a couple of galleries on a large northeast Texas' newspaper's website open to the community.
Within a few days, I was contacted by them to freelance! That's awesome.
