Here are 2 flowers that were in my yard on my rose bushes. Took a shot (no pun intended) at "macro"/nature shots.
I am not sure what the white flower is called. I am not much of a gardener because I tend to kill plants. Anyone know what it is called???
These were also taken this evening while the hot Texas wind was ruining every perfect shot I had. Oh well...so here is what I was able to get. | | | | | Sponsored Links | Premium Members do not see Google advertisements. SIGN UP today and help support our community.

hope to see more post's | I was using my 24-70mm f/2.8 (quotes it can be used as macro as well but it lies)
It was hard to capture anything decent because everytime I got my shot, the wind would blow. Stupid hot wind! LOL.
Also I love being barefoot and being in my front yard I stepped on a thorn just I hit the shutter on my rose bud OWWWWWW it still hurts.
I am going to try again today.
After looking at these, the white flower (still no name for it because I dont know it) doesnt look as well exposed and sharp as it does on my computer. Hmmm.....oh well. | | | |

I think your white flower is a Gardenia, but we have some plant experts around here that know better than me.
Did it have a strong sweet smell? Gardenia is really almost sickeningly sweet smelling.
