Flying Tiger - 09-12-2009, 06:31 PM

Had a good day at the Tiger Shoot in McKinney today. Thanks Tom and John and the Davis family. The first two are of Sheba catching some air -- in the hunt for a chicken leg hanging from a tree. In the third image, Sugar checks her white balance. JP, I hope you get your screen back. It is going to make a great conversation piece.

Finally, Princess Pookie takes up basket ball.

That's a good post! I like the stripes angle on the first one.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Y'all need to join Tom Hicks on one of these shoots. It is an awesome time and the Davis family really appreciates having us out there.

I was not sure about #s 1 and 2. I like them but they are not my favorites. These were the only two shots I have of an air borne kitty this time out.

The last one ranks high on my list of favs though.

Here is my favorite flying tiger from the May shoot.

So how'd that cat get what looks like a gray card/reflector?

JP had set the gray card down next to the fence line to readjust his white balance. Sugar saw the "new toy" setting by the fence and claimed it as hers.

I suppose retrieving it would have been an inadvisable photo op for everyone else. :)
