Can someone help me identify what type of duck this is please?

This poor thing was swimming all by itself this morning

I am thinking it is a Black Bellied Whistling Duck. Been wrong before. Nice shot.

A.K.A Mexican Squeller

Duck Hunters in S. Texas call them the, " Mexican Squeller". The first cold front pushes them South across the border. and of course the squelling sound they make.
