Not much going on. Well, I kind of ran out of walking power to find anything.
For those of you that don't know I got a small operation and been kind of out of it lately. I wanted to get some exercise this morning at BBSP.

This is a fantastic series Sandy... the GBH flight image is outstanding!! It looks like you went back on Old Horseshoe Trail too...that is one of my favorite areas of the park and I'll be stomping around back there this week sometime looking for some little wildflowers to shoot. The red buckeye plants should be starting to come up now in fact that's one under that ol' leaning oak tree and they should be in full bloom by the end on the month. I've also seen the otter and a bobcat back there during the week when there isn't much visitor traffic.

I was looking for that bobcat too. I want one so bad.
It's so quiet back there on the weekends. Nobody really knows about it back there. It's one part of the park that I really like. It's a long enough walk back there just for one visit.

That GBH was shot out of the norm for me. You see I've been taking pointers from Dennis and he suggested I should shoot in AP matrix metering.
Except oops this was shot in Spot Metering but AP Mode. I programed my camera to switch to Matrix but still forgetting to hit it. I'm glad it came out the way it did. At least the white looks good for an overcast day. I was glad about that!

I rarely see anyone back there in the middle of the week...most folks go around Elm and 40 Acre trails to see the birds and gators...I have that area all to myself and I love being in the quiet forest area. It's very relaxing beside there are all sort of subjects that I like to shoot too.

Lookin good Sandy.
The GBH came out good in spot cause the subject was a large one and your sensor nailed it.If it had been a smaller subject and the sensor missed the bird the results would have disappointing.Glad your trying new things.Keep up the good work.

Nice shots for a not too good day. I tried to convince the grandkids that they needed to go to BBSP this past Saturday, but they would listen. The playground had to suffice. I'll get there some day. Nice work.
