Colorful visitor

This is a discussion on Colorful visitor within the Nature and Wildlife forums, part of the Showcase category; I unfortunately slightly missed the focus of this tiny Katydid nymph but I kind of liked the color of him ...

I unfortunately slightly missed the focus of this tiny Katydid nymph but I kind of liked the color of him inside the Freesia bloom.

Cool looking bug, Boy if I had a nickle for eveytime I missed focus by a little bit....Id be a rich man.

Nice shot Dan...how true about the missed focus...sometimes we wait and wait for just the right moment to capture the subject only to be disappointed by slightly off focus results...guess that why we keep shooting...

That's why I don't like shooting macro - every shot of mine is a more than a little bit off. Nice shot with great colors.
