David,

Nice shots! I like the last one, with the bird bringing home the worm for the babies! They look like they might be a tad over-exposed, to me. Mayhaps I'm wrong. Love the compositions, though!

Thanks for sharing!
Sam

Thanks everybody!

Sam - I took some of the fill light back out and re-uploaded them.. guess I really shouldn't use a laptop monitor to adjust them, since, angle of it can make a pretty big difference.. hopefully I didn't mess 'em up worse :(

Ron - Not sure what kind they are, but they don't look like the blue birds I'm use to seeing. Although, at one point there seem to be two different sets of birds going in there.. which seemed odd.. and the other set did look more like blue birds.. in going through the pictures I didn't see any of them..

Thanks again!

Oh, forget to mention.. this is facing west... so I'm hoping that the light might be better on it during the sunset golden hour.. will try it and see..

And that the egret I missed while taking these will decide to come back too..

It's amazing what we can find if we look, you did great finding this bird to shoot. I know you will get even better shots now that you know where it is.
