Testing the Minolta Flash - 08-08-2010, 01:10 PM

I tried out the Minolta flash on the Canon yesterday afternoon. These are under the tree that the Road Runners were nesting in. Its got a Trumpet Vine winding through it.

C&C requested and needed. Thanks for looking.

Don, I like the composition on the last one with the buds radiating out from the open flower. On my monitor, both the red and green channels appear to be blown out. Maybe reducing the saturation would help?

Patti, how is this. It looks more like the actual flower albiet a bit flatter. I may need to back up a couple of clicks.

That's a bit to much Don, How did you hook the flash up? Looks like it works well.

Ok one last time.

Johnny, I used a hotshoe to pc adapter for both the camera and off camera bracket. tied together with a pc cord, using only a center contact and ground. That eleminates the extra pins on both the flash & camera.
