Was driving on Toddville Road in the late evening last week...met up with this herd of deer (believe there were seven in this group - five does and two fawns)...I pulled off on a side road and turned my truck to where I could shoot out the window...lighting was not that great...they were taking their time walking down the middle of the road...

Nice catch Ron. That low light situation is always a problem. You are always asking yourself where that 300mm f2.8 is at.

Came across Wyoming a couple years ago, late at night, roads were clear, wasn't anything crossing the road... then my wife notices eyes on the side of the highway... we shined a big flashlight out in the field and there were deer EVERYWHERE..........

They are out there......
