Very productive morning in Yellowstone - 09-26-2010, 02:07 PM

Upon entering the park this morning I came across a small herd of Pronghorn. Then a couple of miles after I entered the north entrance I came across the Bighorns on the road. A car stopped suddenly in front of me and the door flew open and a lady jumped out to video a black bear cub. Then she put that camera away and got her SLR out. All while holding up traffic and others from getting any opportunity of shooting. Her husband finally pulled ahead with her door open. Frustration at it's best, but I did have to laugh. On my way out of the park I came across the bull elk who nicely posed for us for a half hour.

Great shots of the bighorns and love that last shot of the elk...looks like you're getting the feel for that new lens...thanks Bruce for the Hartford Insurance...with all the elk photos lately, I was reminding of the commercial with the elk but guess I was having a senior moment since I could not recall which commercial it was...nice work on all of these Ken...
