Chilly(relatively) morning at Mercer Gardens - 10-30-2010, 01:53 PM

Went down to Mercer Gardens this morning and ran into Therese Tusa right off the bat. We shot for a while and visited for a while.

#1 Cucumber beetle trying to hide from me, in spite of being cold

#2 Honeybee that overnighted in place on a cosmos bloom

#3 Solitary bee barely hanging on another cosmos bloom

#4 Therese spotted this bumblebee and was kind enough to give me first shots, since I was shooting with flash Think I like her rendition better

Thanks for viewing. Nice to see ya again, T.

Very nice set of images. I really like the detail and sharpness of the second image.
