I didn't click your link but the one I read last week said it was fireworks. They were studied and had internal damage caused by fireworks.

I don't think they really know yet, today the fireworks idea was poo pooed because it doesn't happen on July 4th! The best idea so far in my opinion would be the rapid temperature changes.

They also shoot fireworks of for new years, it was reported that there was a professional fireworks show in the area

Fireworks is their way of blaming "man-kind" for the deaths. How long have fireworks been used on New Years, 4th of July, ballgames and the like? Never had any big problems up till now. Probably couldn't have been due to the storms in the area that fueled several tornadoes... couldn't be a natural phenomenon... got to be man-made.

I never watch the news...well except for Sports Center...I let my spouse filter all important news for me and trust her with my life...this didn't make it through the filter..
