Snow Bird in North Texas - 02-04-2011, 12:39 PM

I shot this fine fellow through my kitchen window during the height of the snow storm this morning....not a sight you often see in North Texas.

This image was compressed for the web, but the crisp detail I would love to have nailed just wasn't possible when shooting through the double pane window glass.

LOL Jeff, this could easily have been my yard this morning. These birds around here had no idea what was going on. Good one.

Glad someone got some snow bird action. Good one through the window. I think he wanted you outside.
