Help Needed at Galveston Featherfest

Featherfest in Galveston is coming up in April and they are looking for some volunteers to act as liaisons for the seminars and field trips. I was a liaison last year and will be doing it again this year. The duties include helping to coordinate the logistics for the trips/classes to make sure that they start on time, everyone gets on the bus at the proper time, etc . Goal is to help out and let the instructor worry about teaching the class and not the logistics.

You get to attend the class or trip free of charge for a little bit of work. You also get to take photos during the field trips and pick up some tips from the pros. It’s a great opportunity to meet and learn from the instructors like Kathy Adams Clark, Larry Ditto, Sean Fitzgerald, etc. I’d highly recommend participating and they would appreciate the help.
