Ok, since you open this up to CC here goes. I don't like it for the following reasons: 1. It wasn't taken in Texas (local) 2. It is toooo far away to your location 3. I don't have an 800mm 4. I have trouble shooting manual to get this good of an exposure 5. I have trouble hand holding a 500 much less a 800mm Bottom line - Superb! |

Very nice Maxis...thanks for sharing your experience with the Sandhill cranes...I totally agree with your comment about how amazing it is to watch and learn about the behavior patterns between adult and chick birds during nesting season...I experienced this last year watching and photographing a Pileated Woodpecker nest...
