My Baby Robins - 06-29-2011, 09:35 PM

Critique: NC:

The babies are three days old now and are eating well. Looks like there are two of them in the nest and mom and dad are working hard together to keep them fed. The Mosquities were thick tonight. I"ll be happy when they grow up and start taking out some of the bug population around here!

They are a little dark. I'm still playing with the flash to get the best exposure. I was out later than usual this evening so the flash was actaully my main light. I was also trying to keep it at f/8 to keep from bluring the parent. Oh yeah, and my batteries were dying in the flash too. Let's see, have I covered all the "excuses"

From what I've read, I have a little under two weeks left with these guys. I'm tracking their progress on my blog. I finally have something to write about other than what I had for breakfast.

Enjoy,

Thanks Ron. I know that I'm enjoying it. Starting to learn a little more about what to expect from the little critters. :)
