Green Herons at Brazos Bend

Not much happening this time of year at Brazos Bend except for lots of green herons. Sat along the bank at 40 acre lake to get these shots last Sat. morning.

Sweet, Tim! There are a TON of them out there now. Prey is concentrated in the lakes and they are going to town. The other day, I could watch 4 of them hunting at once...
