Texas Coast Vacation - Pelicans - 10-28-2011, 11:41 AM

Couple weeks ago, my family spent a fun-filled week along the Texas coast at a rented beach house at Treasure Island located on San Luis Pass...this was our fourth year to stay at this beach house...plenty of family fun especially with grandkids, lots of food, great fishing and of course lots of photo opportunities...always great sunrises/sunsets (see Landscape forum for photos)...visited Dos Vacas and Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge during the week vacation...this first posting is dedicated to the pelicans...the neighbors pier is a favorite hangout for pelicans...this year I tried to capture some unusual poses...hope you enjoy...C/C always welcomed...
