Jason, these are very nice. Esp the 1st one. Just a suggeston, crop a bit tighter if you can. it will draw more attention to the subject and you wont have as much dead space.
Focus looks very good in the 1st and 3rd, hard to tell with the second one.

The first is my favorite. Tough to get close enough to get a photo of that little bird.

Nice work on these Jason...a bird that I've been chasing for some time with not much luck...really like the feather details in the first one...

Concur with the crowd on #1. A tighter crop eliminating maybe the left third of the image so the bird has space "to fly into" would make for a more effective image. Impressive shots all, though. Kingfishers are a beast and you did very well with these.
