I think you captured the personality of the bird! These are by far the funniest woodpeckers.

Thanks everyone. These were the first ones I had seen also. Every thing about them except the red heads is unlike other woodpeckers.
They are very noisy with a loud Raaaaaak. But I especially like their coloring. They do look unreal.
