Color accent

I still have an old Canon Powershot S5 that I like to play with because it can do this. But I was wondering, can you take a photo with a DSLR and this get this same effect in Photoshop. I have PS 5. Please disregard the NC. I forgot to change it.

Yes you can do it in photoshop several different ways. You can do the history brush eraser, b&w layer with masking, etc. I don't know of an automated way though.
