First eagle shot...

I have seen plenty of Bald Eagles in the zoo but have never had any luck with them in the wild. Here is my first time to see one and it was at Fontainebleau State Park in Mandeville La. He flew over my head and I chased him around for about 15 minutes before I was able to get a decent shot.

Good catch Trey, but be careful, they are easy to get addicted to & you will end up chasing them all over the contry!!
In fact I'm headed up to Illinois in 2 weeks because of my "addiction"(it is a beautiful "addiction"!!!)

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately he is 8 hours away so I won't get to stalk him. I heard there might be one at Joe Pool Lake in the Dallas area but have yet to find one.
